HP Instant Ink Printer
I am delighted with my 15-page plan print free for life HP printer. I don't print very much and my ink was always drying up. I have told many of my friends about this offer and I'm so happy I was able to get it before it went off sale. Question: did my month begin the first day I set my printer up?

I'm getting "counterfeit ink" messages
I don't know if it's the new printer (could very well be), but I'm getting messages that the ink (which I bought at Staples) is a refill or a counterfeit. Since it was in sealed boxes, I wonder. Wish I could give a glowing report, but I'm going to have to take the printer back, I think, and then we can tell. :(

Like the rest. Disappointed
The reason I purchased this printer was because, as I was told, the ink doesn’ need to be changed as often.WRONG. I don’t do a lot of printing and I thought perfect. Not so much.
