HP Instant Ink Printer
I am delighted with my 15-page plan print free for life HP printer. I don't print very much and my ink was always drying up. I have told many of my friends about this offer and I'm so happy I was able to get it before it went off sale. Question: did my month begin the first day I set my printer up?

Will avoid using color inks.
I have had bad luck with my Canon Compact TS6020 Wireless Home Inkjet All-in-One Printer, Copier & Scanner. It runs out of ink with too little use. I am considering buying a printer that uses a single color ink - probably just black ink. If you are able to suggest trouble-free printers that use only black ink for making copies, please do so.

Excellent service
I purchased printer ink, opened one of two packs and the printer broke had to be replaced. Staples took back the ink even after it was opened and allowed me to exchange it for the new size.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience pleasant and brief which was also very much appreciated.
When we walked we were greeted and asked if we needed any assistance.We told the associate that we had recently purchased HP Envy and that we needed ink for it.Ss we passed a work station the associate asked his co-worker about the model number and they both agreed on the correct number ink.He showed us the selections and we made our purchase.Great team work!
