Easy ordering
HP is the only place I can get these cartridges quickly and efficiently. I run an art studio and depend on these cartridges showing up so I can print out my artwork on canvas

When I inserted the cartridge into the printer, the printer could not find the ink cartridge. I have lots too much valuable time fighting the apparent lack of quality control at HP, and am still without a working ink cartridge for the printer. Vivid Colors
Always very happy with the quality of these ink cartridges. They are really the only ones we can use for our color plotter. We love the next day shipping option, but really wish they were no so expensive,and lasted a little longer, the price is the only complaint we have.
