Easy ordering
HP is the only place I can get these cartridges quickly and efficiently. I run an art studio and depend on these cartridges showing up so I can print out my artwork on canvas

HP 475 300-ml Chromatic Red Ink cartridge
When I inserted the cartridge into the printer, the printer could not find the ink cartridge. I have lots too much valuable time fighting the apparent lack of quality control at HP, and am still without a working ink cartridge for the printer.
