I received an email asking if this product needs to be mounted to the wall. The answer is yes it must be mounted on something where you can place your hand underneath it. It cannot simply sit on a desk/table/flat surface. You do not have to screw mount it into the wall I used simple picture hangers to minimize the damage to my wall. It works great and fills the i...

soap and hand sanitizer are not interchangeable

Refills
Although this product is a good find- i have found the replacements/ refills to be very expensive. its easier to just manually refill. I order a large container and just refill that way
