Toner Clumped
A new toner cartridge ended up having a clump of toner that caused us to waste dozens of full-color prints before having to run 40-50 full-page magenta prints to clear the bad toner. The troubleshooting time it took wasted a lot of resources.

Just what I needed
I ordered the toner cartridge needed for our printer. It arrived quickly and seems to do a sufficient job. It is a little more costly than we would like.
