Why leave out the Black 281?
This includes a glossy photo paper but excludes very important 281 black. Doesn't make sense.

The "value" combo pack is a good deal, and the inks are well balanced for general use. Every once in a while, I have to buy individual colors to rebalance, but that is not a surprise or a problem.
