printer not reading new toner...
Just picked up and tried to change it out and the printer is not reading there is a toner in there at all. Super frustrating.

doesn't last long at all don't even get close to 1,200 maybe only 100 pages also I will never buy hammer mill paper its horrible

Missing Half My Order
I ordered paper and cartridges but only received the paper. It could have been stolen, as the paper was delivered at night, so I know I'll have to eat the $167.99 loss, but I most emphatically DID NOT sign for the the delivery (and I'm the only one authorized to), so Staples bears enough responsibility that I won't be ordering again, either for myself or for my sorority...

Purchased as a backup and have not installed to date. This is not the first time I have purchased and/or installed this item. My negative comment is that when installed a message with the need to replace flashes on. This is frustrating since a new drum was just replaced. It then behaves and all is well.
