Item is not what is shown.
Item number 98719-31BK is not a 10,20,30,40,50, 60 scale as shown in the photo on this page. The scales are 16, 3/4, 3/32, 1 1/2, etc. I can't list them all as I'm returning this ruler.

Triangle ruler
I've used these for several years they they are great. The give you a lot of size options and sturdy. I'd recommend this if you're looking to perform "to scale" measurements.

Well, the one that is pictured is not the one that was sent,.we ordered 4 all together and they all were the wrong one. So we kept them hoping that they can be put to use somehow.
