Perfect for our small office
It is much quieter than the one we bought in 2003. Love the internal bin to stack large amount and shred at once. Cons - wish it had a bin full indicator and the paper feed on the top was about 2 inches longer. Other than that we love it!!

Fantastic Shredder
Not only does this shredder look great - it is quiet and our staff loves the fact that you can put up to 550 sheets of paper in the drawer hit the start button and it starts shredding. Saves a lot of staff time. Highly recommend it!

Sleek Shredder
This is a great shredder. It is sleek in design and quiet while shredding. I can put a stack of papers to be shredded and push the start button and leave. If I only have a few sheets, I can feed them through the top slot without opening the lid. It is very safe and will stop immediately if you raise the lid. I highly recommend!

First Day Review
We've only been using the AutoMax 550C for a few hours now, here at our small office of eleven staff members. Our associates are loving the autofeed feature ... where you set a stack of paper inside the drawer, it shreds, while you walk away! Nice change from the blah
Shredder looks good in the office. Nice design especially when you consider it maintains a high shredding capacity.
