Need a bank loan
I’m sure this stuff works just fine. But my gosh the cost is crazy. 3 color inks & 1 black ink were over $400. Come on now. The printer was less money than 1 refill of the inks. Does an outstanding job of printing but somebody’s gotta do better than this. Got to go wipe the tears away now .

Hate this printer. Have always purchased HP in the past but this is the last one. Screen for printing options is ridiculously small and difficult to use. Toner cartridges do not last long, we've gone through 3 black and each color in a very, very short period of time. Paper trays clumsy to adjust. Big disappointment.

Ordering easy. Price is high.
Ordering was easy. Delivery was fast and on time. The printer continues to produce high quality prints without trouble. The price is high and locking the machine to HP supplies makes printing like a subscription service.

Trying to find spare toner cartridges for our new laser printer seemed unnecessarily complex: looking up four numbers for each of 3 cartridges to then obtain a SKU to look for them on the shelf. Really? The highlight was the efforts of the clerk to assure all possible discounts were applied to the sustantial purchase.

Can't go wrong buying genuine HP. You can save money buying others but the difference is only about $20.

Did not turn out
Printer said it needed black. I went in to get 1 black. Clerk found me 1 black. I decided to buy 2. Clerk said if I bought more I could get 40% coupon by e-mail. I said I would also get 1 yellow. At home my wife installed 1 black and ALSO put in 1 BLUE and 1 YELLOW. Finding receipt to prove I was not crazy WE learned that receipt indicated what I had thought. I had plan...
