Usual good quality from Staples. You run the chance of cutting your tongue when licking to get the glue ready. . . jbut I had envelopes before that you peeled the paper away and stuck the envelope closed but the glue didn't always work and I had to tape to seal . . . licking does the job on these envelopes. TOO EXPENSIVE
Didn't realize until I was home the envelopes were almost $12.00. This is OUTRAGEOUS. I'll go to the grocery store for envelopes next time.

What can you say about envelopes?
I like that these envelopes have slightly heavier paper than most. The added durability adds to the sense of security for the contents. The gummed strip is slightly curled, probably from the moisture in manufacturing. This cause my inkjet printer to print unevenly. I don’t know where I got my last batch or what brand they were, but this is something I’ll watch for. But...

Security-tinted Gummed #10 Envelopes
The envelopes overall are fine. I appreciate that Staples offers them in a (relatively) small quantity. I don’t need or want a 125-count or 500-count box. I also like that I can get orders shipped to my local store, hence no shipping charge.But I’d prefer a thicker paper, maybe 28 or 32 lb. It would fare better going through the multifunction printer. Poor quality
Unfortunately, I thought they meant that the envelope would seal on its own. These require wetting a sponge to seal them and the paper is super thin.

I was very pleased o get these envelopes , as, they are the only type that won't jam in my printer ... They good texture & quality. !! The only MINOR problem was, they were sent in a plastic envelope & crushed badly. ! I had to tape the boxes , so I could store them .

Staples gummend white business envelopes
I got these cause the Staples brand was the cheapest. Had to add tape to back when mailing cause didn't stay closed to good.
