Cheap Toner, cheaper packaging
Upon opening the box of toner, I found CYAN "dust" from the cartridge everywhere. I was skeptic to even run it through my printer and print a report, but I was deperate for CYAN.

Cyan High Yield Toner
I do not think that these re-manufactured cartridges are as effective as the HP kind. We seem to be purchasing many more than we did with the HP kind.
