As advertised
While it is a remanufactured cartridge we have had no problems or issues with them and they appear to be a good replacement for the OEM product.

I will not order this again. I only printed about 75 pages before said replace cartridge. I had to go buy a new HP cartridge and it works fine.

Slow product delivery.
The ink worked fine after running the printer head cleaning routine and print quality was fine. My problem was with the delivery. The ad claimed delivery in 1-2 days which was a major factor in my decision to purchase. But as soon as I completed my purchase the confirmation screen indicated delivery would be 2-3 days. Did not work
I put the Tru Red cartridges in my HP printer and now it won't work says print head failure. Now I have to buy another printer. Do not recommend.

Remanufactured INK
I would not recommend this ink the quality is poor and the color changes from one page to another. I would rather have the actual HP Ink that is suggested to be used with my HP printer but the company I worked has required this substitution for savings.
