Printer did not recognize cartridge
Entered cartridge, printer message: cannot detect. Next message: did you change black? Clicked on YES. Printer message: Reinstall firmly. I tried reinstalling 3 times with the same results. Very disappointing.

Low yield, actually
We ordered two and got fewer than 50 good pages before streaking and faded results appeared on the prints. Hopefully it was just "a bad one," but it doesn't instill confidence in the store brand product. Staples was good about sending a free replacement, but if the same thing happens again we will not order again.

Brother Remanufactured ink cartridge LC203BK
This ink cartridge was not satisfactory. The print it produced was just barely finished legible. I will need to return it to Staples in Everett Wa. I will reorder once more....but if the next one is the same then I will never purchase another.
