Briggs Healthcare - DMI Seat Mate
This is the second one I've bought. The first one must be 20 years old and is being used in a large rocking chair and is still good. The new one is for a computer chair. Good product.

Not Comfortable
There is a strange gap right in the center that when you sit, and I am constantly have to get up and sit back down that changes all the time, really uncomfortable.

Seat cushion
Seat cushion is really big, a little too big for the seat. It's more for a wheelchair. Besides that, it's extremely comfy.
