Really like they way it sits up and very comfortable - adds the height wanted from the cushion.

Didn't provide enough comfort and support
I bought this cushion for my desk chair but after sitting on it awhile it stopped being comfortable.
I don't know how helpful it might be in a wheelchair so I can't speak to that.
