Has cork back
We couldn't use this as we did not see it is not entirely steel. It is a porous cork back not suitable for use in clinical settings.

Metal ruler review
As noted ruler is labeled a 12” ruler - markings are not quite to end of metal but that’s usually not an issue. Makes a fine guide for cutting a straight line on paper with a razor craft knife on an appropriate surface. The perfect ruler for cutting with X-Acto knife
Perfect ruler for using an X-Acto knife. Helps make precise cuts in straight lines. The cork on the back helps keep the ruler in place while cutting along side it with an X-Acto knives or drawing with a pen or pencil to create a straight line. I recommend this ruler.

Metal Ruler
We are using this as a straight edge on foam board to help add a snug fit on an over the door hook. And this will work for many other future projects.

Solid ruler
This may sound weird but I used this metal ruler for cooking. There’s an amazingly large number of times you need to measure something in the kitchen and I wanted to ruler that I could scrub.

Bar code sticker damaged cork
Removing the bar code sticker pulled off some of the cork. Otherwise fine.

Perfect for general purposes

The price of some of your products has gone up
I have been a customer of Staples for many years. I have not been receiving my Staple Rewards Statements to my e-mailed ([email protected]) nor is it recorded when a cashier enters my information into your cashier computer located in your Staples store on Ocean Avenue.

Please do not put label on cork underside
Got the two I needed this Stainless Steel one with the cork bottom and a clear plastic one. Clear plastic one never made it into my bag guess it is still on the stores counter. As for Staples putting their bar code sticker on the cork bottom ... bad idea! In trying to remove the sticker most of the cork it was stuck too came off with it. Not too happy about that ...
