These ink cartridges work exactly the same as HP plus they are less expensive. The packaging is more compact and with the zip lock bag, much easier to store and reuse. Thanks Staples

Don't work.
My HP Officejet Pro 8620 accepts this cartridge at first and before half a page prints, tells me that it is damaged. I've tried this on more than cartridge with the same results. I believe this is HP's way of making us buy their original cartridges. Will have to return what I bought.

doesn't work
does not work with hp printer printer said printer failure....called tech support and they sent me another set of cartridges and assured they would work due to updated coding...same thing

Cheaper and works great
HP flashed a message that the ink was not approved by them. I always ignore the message. They would have me go broke paying $150.00 for their ink instead of the $36.00 I paid for the Tru Red remanufactured ones.

Tried it - sent it back
I have used re-manufactured ink cartridges in the past and was happy with both the quality and the savings. This time they did not work at all! Nothing worked. Terribly disapointed.

SO BAD, COULDN'T USE AT ALL
NEW INK COULDN'T USE AT ALL AND HAVE TO RETURN.
