I will never again order staples remanufactured toner. It leaks and leaves traces on the paper. I am not blaming the toner cartridge but I have never had a paper jam with this printer until my first remanufactured cartridge

Less than I'd hoped for
The remanufactured cartridge prints lighter than the regular ones do and also has a scratch somewhere which is leaving a line down one side of every document. I like the idea and the price and the copies are ok for our daily use but not the best quality.

Poor print quality have to reprint docs
You get what you pay for I guess. The print quality is very poor and inconsistent. Documents are so light they are not readable which leads to reprinting on a printer not using these cartridges. Will not by again.

Don't waste your money. The absolute worst product. Streaky fades NO toner in there at all. Not worth the difference in price.

Poor print quality
We've bought the Staples brand remanufactured toner cartridges in the past without issue but since they went to the TRU RED the quality is awful. I prints light and sometimes splotchy. I've changed it now 3 times in a short period and still getting the same result. It's not worth my time or money to use this product anymore.

Toner wont work
This was sent in the Fall and my staff member told me the first cartridge wouldnt print at all and the second was very streaky. I replaced with new manufacturer toner with no issues.

Had to return only buying HP brand again
per an employee I purchased for "I replaced the cartridge on Friday December 4 2020. I only printed about 40 pages. Half way through those 40 pages they are grey and not legible. I am not sure if it is the brand we are buying but this is the 2nd time this has happened. 11-17-2020.
