We purchased 3 new printers and used HP brand tone that came with the new printers, worked great. Purchased Staples brand and It prints good but smugges on each side of the paper. This is happening to 2 of the printers that we put the staples toner in.

The package say 2pk but is Not right!!!
Open box and there is only one. Know something wasn’t right when I seen how small the box was.
