Various documents letters photographs related to each other needed a way to be sorted and not lost amongst other papers. The size of the envelope and the string ties allowed security and easy access.

Staples Button and String Interoffice En
I have ordered dozens of these boxes and in everyone one of them actually one third of all envelopes where attached to a second envelope. They have to be ripped apart so one has a tie and but no circle attachment (at the bottom) and the other has a big hole (at the top) from where it was ripped apart with the other envelope.

Better then paper clips

The size is good the material not so good. For the purpose I had intended they work for me but depending on what you want to send this brand may not work. Just go ahead pay a higher price and get the real thing from Staples catalog.

Where is the Quality
I purchased my second box of the Inter-Departmental Envelopes and have already had issues. Two envelopes were missing the string to tie the flap and 3 envelopes had one of the red "buttons" pop off. I realize that this is only 5 envelopes but I have only used about 1o out of this new box.

Quality and Value
These Brown Kraft Button and String Inter Departmental Envelopes provide both quality and value. The envelopes are durable and well constructed. The button and string features are well attached and stand up to repeated raveling and unraveling. Staple's 10" x 13" String Envelopes
My clients' love these envelopes! I own an accounting business and have to handle lots of paperwork. These work perfectly for transporting all sizes of documents and loose items that may not fit inside a smaller manilla envelope!
