Need a bank loan
I’m sure this stuff works just fine. But my gosh the cost is crazy. 3 color inks & 1 black ink were over $400. Come on now. The printer was less money than 1 refill of the inks. Does an outstanding job of printing but somebody’s gotta do better than this. Got to go wipe the tears away now .

HP 202A Original Toner Cartridge, Black, Laser,
Hate this printer. Have always purchased HP in the past but this is the last one. Screen for printing options is ridiculously small and difficult to use. Toner cartridges do not last long, we've gone through 3 black and each color in a very, very short period of time. Paper trays clumsy to adjust. Big disappointment.

Defective Cartridge
This cartridge was installed on 2/27 to replace an empty cartridge. However, it appears to be defective because the yellow print is very light on the printed documents. Will be returning to the store for a replacement. I've used the high yield cartridges for many years and had no issues until now.

Replacement toner
Love my printer and not complaining about having to get toner -it just seemed to take forever before it came in. Thankfully the printer gives notice far in advance. Other than that - I’m satisfied!

Lack of customer service.
I always buy in 3 packs. It’s $30 less than individual. 3 packs were out of stock. No one would refund me the $30 difference since I had to put the toners individually. Very disappointed in customer service

HP Toners Are Best
I have switched from inkjet to color laser printers and love the results. The overall costs are similar but the toner results are superior. The toner does not run or smudge as does many inkjet inks. Love the cartridges. I will always buy the genuine
I’ll only buy real HP because they’re worth it. The colors are great and the XL lasts a lot longer.
