Rip off
I will never buy another HP product. It is corporate greed to put blocking security chip in toner cartridge. I own the printer. I'm entitled to put any brand of toner i wish.

Pricey but necessary
The buy online and pick up at store is a great option when you need something asap for work. Glad I was able to get this ink so quickly. Just wish prices weren't so high these days but this was about the best price I could find for HP ink.

Blocking 3rd party toners should be illegal.
Your product is fine. Your firmware changes blocking any 3rd party toners should be illegal. I get the same, if not more volume from generic toners at half the cost with the same quantity.

Not happy
I put in the new cartridge and it blow pink powder everywhere. On my carpet, cloths, printer everything is pink. Not happy.

LaserJet forever!
I had ink jet printers for years and switched to a LaserJet a couple of years ago...will NEVER go back to ink jet. The toner doesn't dry up like ink does so I spend less overall. The toners feel really expensive but last so much longer!

Great product.
This is a great product. The cartridge is made so that it's super easy to replace in the printer, and then parses out the toner cleanly.

Why I buy HP laser jet toner cartridges.
I always buy HP laser jet toner cartridges because the copycat cartridges have caused me problems with my printer and they are not as crisp and clear as the copies I print from the HP cartridges.

Good product; estimate for delivery was off.
Good quality as I expect from HP; however, customers need justification for such high prices and not being able to use other compatible cartridges. If it is because of the recycle program and electronics, state this information.
