Didn’t work
I can’t get my printer to recognize this refurbished cartridge and I haven’t had time to return it.

Have not installed it yet. Generally they have been pretty good but a few times I have received one that would not work once installed. However, when I called the number on the box they would send me a replacement.

Very dissapointing
I ordered these and they showed up the next day. However I put it in and only got maybe 20 pages of color before the ink ran out. I thought high yield of 300 meant 300 pages. I am not happy. It was a huge waste of money.

staples ink
my printing is blotchy and some letters can not be seen when black should be printing. I have used these before without any problem but this may be a bad batch.
