I have had multiple HON chairs over the course of my career. This chair was an absolute disappointment. The leather is of poor quality and its attached with staples. I was also disappointed to find out the interior structure is made from particle board rather than a more hardy structure. I doubt this chair will last long.

Comfortable but poor quality control
Received this today. The box was missing the casters (wheels). I was getting rid of an older chair so used the old chair's casters. The underside of the seat also doesn't instill confidence with the build quality.
I'm also disappointed in the height of the seat back. It would be nice if it was about 6 inches taller.

Great Chair For the Price!
Chair arrived in great shape. All the parts were in the box and the instructions were easy to understand. Placing the arms on the chair was a little cumbersome and will be easier if you have someone to assist you. The chair is in all aspects very comfortable. Mine arrived in great shape, well packed, no defects. A bit more awkward than some others to put together. Those that are spatially challenged may need a couple tries to get the arms on the correct sides. Seat cushion and fabric is comfortable for my 200 pounds. Nice chair
I bought this chair for my husband since he is working from home now. This is so much more comfortable than the old chair he was using. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because one of my main reasons for picking this chair was it said it came fully assembled, however it did not. So I spent a hour putting it together. Otherwise its a great purchase.
