Incorrect Size Advertised
I purchased these 3x5 holders but received 4.4in x 3.42in holders instead which were bigger than needed. Inaccurate size listed.

Previously opened package with missing badge
The package had been opened and there were only 19 of 20 name badges inside. We needed them right away so we couldn't return the package and wait for a new one. Disappointing inventory management work.
