I love this chair
I've had low back pain for decades and i've tried numerous office chairs. the only chair that i've used that i liked better than this was over $600 . I'm so glad that i bought it. it's a well made good looking chair with excellent lumbar support. i'm not using the extra lumbar pillow. there's really not enough room on the seat but it doesn't need it. the box says True ...

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT
If you didn't have back problems before you would after sitting in this chair for one day! The seat is short and you feel like you're tipping out. I thought you couldn't go wrong with SERTA but boy this is a big let down! And to make matters worse I can't even return it because I had it shipped overseas. SERTA you have a disgruntled and disappointed customer!

Not For People
I felt like I was falling off the chair. I'm 5' 7" and 120 lbs for reference. I thought it might be workable but after a few long sits it caused my lower back issues to flare up. So back it went. The chair offered a delightful amount of cushion though. Hence the two stars.

NOT one of the best!!
For a chair that was rated in the top 5 of office chairs - this was a total let down. This chair is very uncomfortable! The seat part is too short - so does not work for a tall person with long legs or a large person. I bought another office chair for half the price and its way more comfortable - even without all the "bells & whistles"!

Not a good choice
This chair was a huge disappointment especially wilth the brand name of Serta. After using it two days my legs and knees hurt. The seat is not deep enough and I felt like I was sitting on the edge of it. It is a nice looking chair and sturdy but it is not meant for a long work day.
