Very Comfortable
The chair was easy to assemble in less than an hour and is very comfortable. The lumbar system was a surprise as I was not aware it was part of the chair and I like it as it helps with my lower back issues.

Can't Review Right Now
My chair arrived in very good time. Unfortunately I signed up for the SPAR assembly service and due to the pandemic they do not do weekends or evenings. So...although I have received my chair (the box looks a little mangled in the corners--I can only hope it's fine on the inside) I will not be able to see it or use it until mid February when I get my first day off tha...

Very Comfortable
The chair was easy to assemble in less than an hour and is very comfortable. The lumbar system was a surprise as I was not aware it was part of the chair and I like it as it helps with my lower back issues.

Beautiful and Comfortable
I am honestly surprised by the quality of this chair for the price point. It looks beautiful especially the wood accents. More importantly it is incredibly comfortable. Well worth the money!

Loved it - At first
Bought the chair and loved it - at first. I work on computers and spend a LOT of time in the chair. I wanted this because it looked like it could take a lot of time in the chair it was designed for big & tall and it looked better than most big and tall chairs. I routinely have to have chairs put to their highest level. This one was no different but I'm used to that....

Comfortable!
The fact that is reclines and has the lumbar support is the reason it was purchased. The color is very nice. It was a snap to put together.

Serta Big and Tall ergonomic bonded leather chair
Very well made sturdy chair. Attractive with real wood arms and base adjustable lumbar feature bonded gray leather seat. Bought as a gift for a large tall user with back issues. He states chair very comfortable for long periods and looks made to last.

good value
I really like the chair however it was really hard to put together even with 2 people. Once together I couldn't get the chair to go up and down but a week later suddenly the lever started working.

Great chair for the price!
My experience is that office chairs used more than 8 hours a day rarely last longer than 2 years - no matter how expensive those chairs! This chair is roomy adaptable stylish and comfortable.

Gasp! Comprehensible Instructions for Assembly?
So the chair itself hasn't been tested yet since it's a birthday present for my husband later this week. But I can honestly say I haven't seen such straightforward instructions for assembling furniture in the last couple of decades. Well done Serta! And I have a pretty good feel about the chair itself: both nice-looking and solid.

Competitive prices and excellent customer support
Prices are very competitive! I did encounter an issue with a delivery and Staples offered A+ customer support in helping to resolve it. I would highly recommend Staples products and customer support.

Nice Chair
Easy to assemble. All the components are made of heavy duty steel. The overall look is very nice masculine chair. Its soft to the touch and plush in the seat and back rest. I hope it last. Ive olny had it for about 2 weeks
