Looks nice, feels comfortable
Bought two of these chairs for our home office. Assembly was a bit harder than other chairs we have purchased. It took two people and a bit of brute force to get the seatback screwed in properly. The chairs are sturdy, look great, feel comfortable. Happy with the purchase.

SERTA LEATHER EXEC CHAIR
I ordered this chair a few weeks ago for my branch manager, so I can't speak to how this chair will perform over time. I put it together in little to no time (but the arms on these chairs always - ALWAYS - give me trouble). The chair itself is beautiful and comfortable.
If the chair lasts my manager for at least 5 years, I will come back and give it FIVE STARs.

Cushy and not a good fit
This is a wonderfully padded chair. There are some challenges that will lead me to replace it:
1. The seat can't be raised quite enough to match my desk height (which is a bit high).
2. The seat is quite deep and wide, too large for my Size 14 bottom.

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THERE WAS A SET OF INSTRUCTIONS IN THE BOX. I DID GET IT TOGETHER AND IT IS A GREAT CHAIR.

I purchased this chair for home office. It is very comfortable and adjust to the appropriate height and love the cushion on arm rest. My husband said it was super easy to put together. There were a few minor dings on the chair but I can live with them since it is a home office.

Great chair for the price.
The chair is easy to assemble except that you need two people to easily install the arm rests and the casters gave me a bit of trouble but were okay after I installed the first one.
