Solved my printer problems
Thank you Cody for patiently going over all the options to solve my Epson printer software problems after switching to Windows 11. He suggested using this printer serial cable that I didn't think anybody sold anymore.

I purchased this USB cable hoping it would resolve my laptop/printer issues. I was amazed that my laptop/printer communication problems appear solved. Less expensive to purchase a new cable than invest in a new printer.
