It sucks and will fail soon, as many of my lower cost office chairs have.

Not what I expected ted
I searched a long time to find s chair with a high back. This one looked as thought it did but after assembly it does not. Very disappointed. Wish I could return it but it is assembled now.

Extremely comfortable
My husband and I bought this chair for our office. The height is adjustable so we were able to find the perfect match for our desk. The material is soft and extremely durable making using it for hours ideal. We opted to remove the arms of the chair so that it will fit snugly underneath the desk and I haven't missed them!

Uncomfortable
Chair is nice and sturdy. However, it is a bit uncomfortable. Being a Serta I expected much better. Other Serta chairs I have used were "cloud like". This one, not so much. Wish they would have had one in a nearby store so I could have tried it out first. Bought based on brand. My fault.

Good Office Chair
This chair meets or exceeds the demands of the individual it was purchased for. It was easy to assemble, and the directions for use were comprehensible.

Easy to assemble and comfortable
Took me only 15 minutes to put it together. It is a great chair for the price. I've purchased more expensive chairs that weren't nearly as nice as this one.
