Well built and comfortable
Cool design, comfortable padding, pocketed coils and it doesn't creak. The build quality is great and includes bolts with double washers to keep them from loosening up. Each arm has 4 bolts holding it on! One place they skimped on was the paint job on the arms and legs. The paint doesn't look bad, but is rough to the touch in a couple of places.

Could have been better.
Poor construction, poor instructions! First and foremost, the manufacturer could have used the SAME size screws for most of the construction of this chair. Instead there is 5 different sizes of screws! Next, there are two modern inventions that could have cut the installation by half- the cordless drill and the Phillips screw. Neither was implemented in the engineer...

Beauty Rest Platinum Executive Chair Review
Love the chair. Had the store set it up - well worth the extra fee. I tried out over 20 chairs at the local Staples - i could tell the minute I sat in it - it was the right one. The 'fit' is perfect and the back support hits in exactly the right place.

This is a fabulous desk chair.
I needed help to put it together, it’s a job for two.

Beautyrest Executive Desk Chair
Only used this chair for 4-5days. So far, Ilike it, The back cushion is more upright than the Lazy-boy I had previously. Also seat depth is a tad bit shorter which, for me, provides more comfort.

This chair looks nice. The seat is extremely big. I am not skinny but two people my size could sit in it.

Great for long work days
Easy assembly. Great quality and comfortable for long work days. Amazing back support and seat doesn’t get squished flat by end of the day. Does sit high even when it is lowered completely, enough that I had to raise my desk a few inches.
