Seat cusion none existant after a few days of use
I bought this chair 3 weeks ago. After 3 days of use the cushion was gone. I returned it for another wondering if it was a defect since the store model felt better. cheap bolts have snapped off in less than one year
This is might be the worst purchase I have ever made. Delivered on July 8, 2024. About eight months later a bolt securing the back and left arm rest to the seat snapped off. I tried using a bolt extractor for the remaining piece but it is completely stuck in place inside of the chair and cannot be removed (thus cannot be fixed). Leaving review because original back was crooked. Just enough that spine didn’t align to padding. (See photo of before/ after) Customer service sent a new back with no hesitation in under a week. Super comfy and durable for 220 pound man. Use for extended time at drawing/ painting table. Raised arm feature is great when working on lap. Love it

This is good for the money. Very comfy, not to expensive, at least on sale, think it was around $139. Has some squeeks and clicks, could be a little annoying, but, again, for the $ it doesn't bother me. Not a gamer but good office chair
I like this chair b/c the seat is firm and gives me good back support. I like that I can put up the hand rests, so they don't bump up against my desk. Pretty good chair so far.

Great Chair and Great Service
Rusty provided great service answered all of our questions and assembled the chair in less than 15 minutes and loaded into our car after assembly. Literally Broke in Half
For a $260 chair it doesn't hold up very well. After my fiancé wanted to lean back onto the back of the chair and it broke in half.

Poor construction
Chair will not stay straight when leaning to one side it clicks and then doesn't sit level. You have to lean hard the other direction to get it to go back to level and after a loud click it goes back.

I sat in multiple chairs before settling on this one. Once homethe directions to putit together were easy to follow. Once together and at my desk it moved just like in the store.
