Excellent chair

Assembly difficult.
The chair is great. However, assembling was difficult. Next time, I will buy one from the store already assembled.

Very comfortable chair
The particular chair is very comfortable. Instead of using it as a gaming chair i use it for my office. The padding is sufficient as well as the directions to put it together was ver simply and easy to understand. I do like the illistrations that came with the instructions. I would purchase it again!

Great Chair for the price.
Chair is very comfortable. It’s easy to put together. Two points I’d like to make. Be sure to follow directions where they say hand screw in the parts until chair is fully together before fully tightening screws with wrench. Secondly it will be much easier if there is two people assembling. I was able to get it together alone but it would have be a quicker assembly w...

Looks great, frustrating to build!
Bought for my cousin, looked really nice and sturdy; even contemplated getting another one for myself! However it took 3 people to get it together! The holes don't line correctly and if you don't put the screws in and only tighten then a little at a time (per screw till all are in the bottom/ the back etc) then it pulls the screws out of alignment and you end up shov...

Note Staples return policyChair does not recline
I didn’t realize this chair wouldn’t recline — that was my mistake. I’m disappointed to learn about Staples terrible return policy - 14-day return limit. No help offered beyond telling me I can purchase a different chair.

ONLY 4 STARS BECAUSE THE MATERIAL IS CRACKING
I LOVE THIS CHAIR IT IS SO VERY COMFORTABLE. I BOUGHT A BLACK ONE 3 YEARS AGO THEN I BOUGHT THIS WHITE ONE JULY LAST YEAR. THE LEATHER IS CRACKING & FALLING OFF IM DISAPPOINTED. I AM JUST GOING TO BUY ANOTHER ONE. I DON'T LIKE BLACK, SO I AM BUYING ANOTHER WHITE ONE WITH THE 3 YEAR PROTECTION THIS TIME.

Side arms very cheap metal broke
I bought this chair and the side arm cracked under very little pressure, it was constructed of very cheap metal, and I wasn't able to find a place to get replacement parts.
