Seat cusion none existant after a few days of use
I bought this chair 3 weeks ago. After 3 days of use the cushion was gone. I returned it for another wondering if it was a defect since the store model felt better. Disappointed, very uncomfortable.
I was very excited to find this chair on sale when I purchased it in February. I wanted to give it time to get ‘broken in’, but it’s been a huge disappointment.

Didn't work for us.
Most difficult chair I've ever tried to assembe. Ended up taking it back to Staples and even they couldn't do it. They had to assemble another chair for me. After one night, we decided it wasn't for us so I returned it. Staples staff was great - chair not so much.

Bought online, walked in the store and grabbed my purchase and locked out so easy

cannot get to lean back
Super frustrating. Cannot get the chair to recline. Read all the q&A. Loosened the gray screw thing under base, pull out the tab. Ridiculous.

Hard to put together
The chair is still awaiting two bolts -- the placement makes it extremely difficult to attach them. Hoping to enjoy the chair after working at it some more and, hopefully, succeeding in completing the assembly.

For the price point this chair is great. It is a little long on the base which has me constantly going from my mat to the carpet but that is okay.. This is definitely good for a desk chair.

Very hot to the skin
The plastic used in this chair makes you sweat almost immediately. I suppose it wouldn't be as noticeable if we lived in the arctic, but here in SoCal, the chair is uncomfortable.
