Incorrect Listing
Staples mistakently sent me this cartridge rather than a 312XL Magenta. When I called to get the error corrected I was told it was compatible with my XP-15000 the item listing also claims this. Please note: IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE XP-15000

Epson ink always reliable
Definitely recommend. We never buy any other off brand ink for our printer. The photo quality is great because the colors are very vibrant and true to life. Staples offers a competitive price and always has quick delivery.

EPSON printer cartridges
Over priced! It makes the consumer a captive consumer since it's hard to find ...non epson cartridges that work. But I'll keep looking.

Purchase of Epson ink catridges.
Product works fine. Too pricy. Epson has basically a corner on the market. Looking for appropriate working substitute at a lower price. Receieved the product in excellent time. Should suggest for your company to save some money.....send in a smaller box.

I rate every thing about your store five star! My only problem is you don't carry the ink I need and it has to be ordered! Other than that you are A1A !!!! I have been shopping there for years and have no real complaints!

Not pleased as I ordered cyan not light cyan. Somehow the order came through with light cyan as what I ordered. I don't live near staples so it's hard to return items.
