Microphone did not work
Took it back. Wasted another 6 hours of my life trying to get the mic to work. Tried a bunch of apps, system settings. Nothing. Logitech support was useless. Their software is all over the map. No way to easily plug, test and play. Had enough of cheap technology that wastes your time.

Not what I was expecting
The camera has a hard time focusing and showing a clear picture of what it's looking at. If anything is moved into frame, it will either not focus on the new object or take at least 30 seconds to get it to focus. If you're not moving or only slight movements this will be fine, but any more and it's not very good.

Does the job
It's a good camera. It lights the background well even when the room is dark. No complains. I replaced a prior logitec camera that was only a couple years old as it kept losing audio. So far this one has not had any issues. I use it for regular meetings.

Convenient Accessory
My desktop does not have audio(!) so this was useful add-on. Especially appreciate the tripod so can move it to where needed or to highlight items since not stuck in one clip-on spot others feature

Fantastic!! Easy installation and automatic focus. Tripod is a bonus and takes a little space on a desk which might already be filled with other necessary items.

The picture is very clee ar and the sound is clear. I love the tripod. My Deaf sunday school on line class noticed the clearer picture and loved it!

Great works every time and get picture
Always seems to work great, no issues and a seems to work flawlessly with almost any program. Started out with 1 but quickly bought one for every office.

excellent camera
This camera was as easy to install as plugging in the USB cable. It mounts easily on my monitor and, according to associates at work, it sends a much clearer image than the camera on my laptop did.
