I ordered one last year when we got it the printhead did not work so we got a replacement it's been less than a year now I had a tech come out to check on the printer he told me that the printhead is expired they sold us a print head that won't work after 2023 from what I'm told by the tech the pinheads last at least 2-3 years check the sticker and make sure tha...

Defective...leaked ink all over
The printhead we received wasted a lot of ink, leaking it inside the plotter, on the floor, and all over me. It was a mess to clean up. Had a service technician from a local repro company come out and determined it was defective, and he replaced it for us with a working printhead.

The First one did not work i reordered it did not work 4 hours online with HP and they are sending me a replacement. Sending both back

HP Designjet T3500 is the worst machine ever built
I'll be returning this printhead as we have decided that the Designjet T3500 is such a piece of trash that we will not be fixing it. Rather, we'll be throwing the printer in the garbage!!!

Not sure
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't know if it works because it was replaced as instructed by the printer diagnostics... only to have the same instruction given after installing the new print head. Printer still not usable.

Exactly what we expected
This printhead is the most expensive consumable part on a large format printer. We replaced and recalibrated it and it works beautifully which is what we need to have. Our engineering business depends on having this plotter up and ready.
