They're kinda thin
I remember flash cards feeling kinda thick like cardstock. These are a little more flimsy which make them sometimes hard to pull apart from each other. They're a little thicker than regular copy paper but thinner than cardstock. 5 Color Index Cards.
Staples is the only place that I have found lined colored index cards with 5 different colors. Every other product only has 4 colors. I write Cub Scout parent contact information on them. Each rank (grade) has a color associated with it - yellow orange red blue green - so the information goes on a card that corresponds to the child's rank.

Neon colors
I keep by my 2 work chairs at home and camp. Great for taking notes on. I choose pink if I’m writing about a girl blue for boys yellow my favorite color special reminders green for anything as well as orange.
