Excellent Data Recovery & Transfer Service
I brought my old Dell desktop to Staples because I couldn't boot it and log in. Adam successfully captured and transferred my data to a thumb drive. He was skilled knowledgeable expeditious and personable. An excellent technical employee.

Lack of communication
I kept calling to find out the status as it was taking much longer than expected. Eventually (after several calls) someone mentioned there was some issue during recovery which was why it was taking so long. Then when I went to pick up- no one showed me how to find anything! I ended up having to hire someone to come in and help me.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the help I was provided not only wa I able to get pictures off my cdrive some of them had no backup pictures of family members who have passed. I appreciate the effort it took and would highly recommend Staples for any tech support/help

Data recovery
I wanted all my data transferred to an external drive but when I was having the information transferred to my new computer (which I purchased at a different store) could not open the files. I had to bring my old computer so they could download everything to my new computer so I could see the icons and pictures etc.

Excellent Team
The Tech Team was able to locate the files I needed within the root (directory?) of the hard drive after I thought it was completely inoperable. They did this quickly and transitioned the files to a suitable USB drive. They explained everything perfectly and were very professional

Weren't able to retrieve any files
Unhappy that I'd have to send away to see about retrieving files which I can't afford to do. I did get a refund without any problem so that is a plus. The guys did try and for that I gave an average rating.

My history recalled
I’d lost all my photos … of my children family friends and students and their activities- not to mention all my lessons and various correspondence … Now the references to my history … and future benefit … have been returned to me. I am a happy mother friend … and teacher. Thank you so much 🙏

Great Job on Restoring my Corrupted Photos
I spent 5 hours photographing Peregrine Falcons on cliffs up close. When I returned home my photos were not retrievable from my CFexpress card. I took the card to Bruno at Staples in Newport Beach and he found ALL my photos!! I can't thank him enough!!

Recovered a hard drive gone bad
Stephen was great as usual. This time my hard drive had a mechanical failure but he was able to replace it and restore and recover almost everything. Thank you!

Nathan was a life saver
I was told by 2 exerts that it would have to spend $2000 to recover the data. I took the drive in to Stapes in the morning and that afternoon Nathan called - he had recovered what proved to be all the data off one drive. Mostly family pictures from the past 15 years. What a great experience!!

Thanks to Staples!
After my computer "crashed" I was pretty panicked about recovering my data. The guys at Staples were great listeners great communicators and provided a great end result: not only did I have all of my data they fixed the computer. I am grateful to David and Galen for outstanding service.
