I purchase items for a boot making company and was looking all over for these. Staples had them and got them the next day. Most places were a week or more out for shipping.

My mistake
They were the wrong forms. I had to go out and buy the correct ones so I could complete the taxes.

Good product good price
A few short years ago 1099's were pretty expensive. These were affordable and lined up perfectly. Couldn't ask for more.
