Never received my order
I ordered replacement ink cartridges. Staples decided to use a package carrier I've never heard of: T-Force. On the promised delivery day I checked the tracking, which showed "Order Received". Works well, no problems with printing. it does prefer real Canon cartridge and they are way more expensive than brand X.

Came in good condition. Was a little confused that it didn't come the next day until I read it said "ships the next day," not "delivered the next day." It didn't take long to come anyway.
