More than the value
Why would anyone want to pay an extra 25% for stamps? This makes no sense. You are being cheated, folks. A roll of 100 stamps currently costs $78. (Also note that Staples is charging less for a book of twenty, at $1 per stamp, than the roll of 100 price.)
