Toner replacement
Installation was very easy. Removal of the old toner then replacing it with a new toner only took a couple of minutes.

Ordered the wrong types of cartridges but no way to change or correct
I bought the wrong cartridges but there’s no ways that I can return or change the cartridges

Printer Driver no longer allow printer to scan
Bought a new ink cartridge and at the same time, my computer update the software for the printer. Now my scanner does not work because its says printer is too old and not compatible. HP is trying to force people to buy new printers by updating their drivers to no longer support old printer. What a scam!
