Printer Driver no longer allow printer to scan
Bought a new ink cartridge and at the same time, my computer update the software for the printer. Now my scanner does not work because its says printer is too old and not compatible. HP is trying to force people to buy new printers by updating their drivers to no longer support old printer. What a scam!

Staples always does well with website orders. Overall I purchase less from Staples since the Staples Rewards program was "downgraded". I understand that the company has to fully examine profitability at all times but these changes sometimes cause decreases in sales volume for any retailer.

After years using the same Imaging Drum thw HP Printer " asked " for a new one and as I have 3 of tgis printers in different places of my home I already bought 2 to be garanteed. Regards
