Must have sent me an empty cartridge!
The first day I printed on it I had to ask my assistant if she was sure she didn’t accidentally put back the old empty cartridge!

Good product

Product Excellent, Recycling Not So Much
I’ve always had HP printers and used their ink and toner. I will not buy anything else. Recycling used to be easy when a self-addressed recycling envelope was included with your purchase. Sometime ago this changed and now I have a stock pile of used toner cartridges.

Long lasting, good quality
The cartridge last a long time. Even when it says the ink is low, can still print for a long time after.

Item as expected
I bought an ink cartridge for my printer, and I was able to choose free one day shipping. It arrived on time, and it was easy to replace my new one. The new cartridge included a label to return the old cartridge which I think is great. I am glad HP recycles :)

It works really well
Nothing was wrong with it and worked perfectly. Was able to recycle the old cartridge with the free shipping sticker inside the box.

Printer Cartridges for HP Laser Jet Mfw177
Last month, I purchased toner cartridge directly from HP. Although the price point was higher than other suppliers, I am happy I made the purchase! The order came within two days, the color cartirdges were clearly marked, and the quality of the pages are vibrant and smudge free.
