Must have sent me an empty cartridge!
The first day I printed on it I had to ask my assistant if she was sure she didn’t accidentally put back the old empty cartridge!

Ink Cartridge Purchase
Product was ordered and shipped in a reasonable time frame. I don't believe I have ever had any issues with the product. I only purchase HP products; laptop, printer, computer, ink/cartridges, etc. I have purchased HP products for over 30 years. I love HP...always have.

Easy to install & long lasting
The laser jet cartridges are easy to install and last long. I especially like the ability to return used cartridges for recycling. The return pocess is very easy as well.

Great ink cartridge
I bought this product as it is the recommended one for my printer. This is my second cartridge and I’m very satisfied with this product. Reason why: They last for a long time, their good quality and their easy to install. Another advantage is that they come with prepaid postage for recycling and this is a big plus for people like me that are concern for the environment....

Exceptional Service
The Toner has always been great from HP. I have never had an issue with one. What really made this a 5 star review, was that although the Staples I went to didn't have the toner in stock, I was able to get it delivered the next morning. That's service I want.
