Must have sent me an empty cartridge!
The first day I printed on it I had to ask my assistant if she was sure she didn’t accidentally put back the old empty cartridge!

This toner not only exceeded our expectations as far as the quality but it was also recognized by our printer to be a genuine HP toner. HP Toner Cartridge, easy to purchase and install
Using the HP software it was easy to order the black cartridge that I needed. The price was in line with any other location. The cartridge arrived promptly and was easy to install. HP also provided a means to send the used cartridge back. Don't know why anyone would choose any other method.

Next day
I had to order the toner cartridge online because it was not stocked in the store. I was leery of the next day delivery claim but totally surprised when it arrived about 5:00 pm, about 30 hours after I placed the order.
