Must have sent me an empty cartridge!
The first day I printed on it I had to ask my assistant if she was sure she didn’t accidentally put back the old empty cartridge!

Great printer!
This is the first laser printer I have used. Love it! Crisp, clean copies. I love being able to highlight something and it not smear. Would definitely recommend.
