Easy Peasy
Easy Peasy to install. Staples ordered for me at the store. Was delivered to my door in 2 days! I was impressed with Staples service and I love my HP Laser Jet Pro Printer that loves this product.

HP Imaging Drum
Drum is OK but my printing problem must be something else. Printer is old (bought it in 2012). It is an HP LASERJET PRO 100 COLOR MFP M175w. It doesn't always print the entire page(s) that show on my computer preview screen.

Ordered an ink cartridge. Never received although apparently shipped. Contacted staples online and they sent replacement immediately which I received in 1 day. GEEAT support. Thank you!

Delivery took way too lon.
Slow delivery time. HP has usually been quicker to send laser cartridges, this one took much longer than usual. The quality of the laser printer is outstanding, and easy replacement of cartriges.

Get what you pay for
Seems to last forever! It pays to spend more on brand names sometimes, although I didn't actually pay more because the online agent helped me bundle my purchase. Love the free shipping and it arrived in less than 48 hours from time of order.
