Must have sent me an empty cartridge!
The first day I printed on it I had to ask my assistant if she was sure she didn’t accidentally put back the old empty cartridge!

Delivery took way too lon.
Slow delivery time. HP has usually been quicker to send laser cartridges, this one took much longer than usual. The quality of the laser printer is outstanding, and easy replacement of cartriges.

Get what you pay for
Seems to last forever! It pays to spend more on brand names sometimes, although I didn't actually pay more because the online agent helped me bundle my purchase. Love the free shipping and it arrived in less than 48 hours from time of order.

Toner Cartridges for HP M177fw
I purchased the three colour toner cartridges as my yellow was getting low and i figured I would make one purchase do. The on line purche was intuative and had no unneeded extra steps. The shipment arrive well before the estimate and was in good condition. The only thing that could be improved would be if they accepted my Visa/Debit card.

Quality product
Great product, reasonably priced, and delivered quickly as promised. I've purchased knockoffs in the past and have been disappointed. I will continue to purchase from HP again when supplies are running low.

Reliable quality
I had a non-hp print cartridge product in my printer, and it did not work after several trouble shooting tries. I replaced it with an hp print cartridge and it worked perfectly the first time.

OEM product works great, fast delivery

Buy the best
HP ink is very high quality ink. whatever I copy, I know when I ciick the print button
my project will come out bright and clear not dull or faded like other inks have done.
